Basic Hair appointment (Curls/Waves/Straightening) Note: NO BRIDAL HAIR +NO pinning, up-styles, blow drys, Hollywood waves, ponies or braids. Basic Hair Appointment is for one person with a senior Makeup Artist at our Salon, Bella Bronze House of Beauty, 2/2434 Gold Coast Highway, Mermaid Beach, Qld, 4218. Appointment duration: 45min Hair Prep: Hair should be washed the night before your appointment with shampoo and only conditioner on the mid-lengths to ends if necessary. Hair must then be thoroughly dried off, blow drying your hair as smoothly as possible. NO straightening/heating irons and NO products. STRICTLY NO DAMP OR WET HAIR ON ARRIVAL. All hair, including extensions, must be clean and completely dry when you arrive. Hair drying or blow-waving is not included in this service. Any wet/damp hair or roots will not be able to be styled, and full payment will still be charged. If you have extra long hair, extra thick hair, or extensions to be clipped in there may be an extra charge of $30. This is up to your artist's discretion on the day of your appointment. The deposit is due upon booking the appointment, and the balance is paid directly to the artists on the day of your appointment.
ALL bookings are non-refundable and non-transferrable. For on location bridal bookings: A non-refundable deposit is to be paid upon booking and securing your date. The balance is to be paid at least 30 days prior to your wedding date (please see specific due date on invoice). You will be provided with an invoice with payment details. For all other bookings: For deposit bookings, the balance is due at the time of your appointment. Please ensure you bring cash as eftpos facilities may not be available at the time. Coronavirus (COVID-19) Cancellation Policy In light of recent developments regarding Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the subsequent impact it is having on a wide range of industries, we would like to advise our clients of our COVID-19 Cancellation Policy. As stated in our payment terms contained on our invoice, deposits are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. However, as an act of good faith in these uncertain times, we have decided to offer the following options regarding cancellation of bookings for which payment of a deposit has been received: Deposits can be held by us and transferred to an alternative date in the future; or Deposits can be refunded in the form of a gift voucher for use within 12 months of issue. The above applies to cancellations made outside 24 hours of a booking. For cancellations inside 24 hours of an appointment, our standard deposit terms will apply and these will not be refundable or transferable.
