Terms and Conditions

All booking deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unable to attend your appointment you will forfeit your booking deposit.


The deposit is to be paid upon booking and securing your appointment/wedding or group booking. We do not hold appointment dates or wedding dates until the deposit has been paid.


If you need to cancel your salon appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failing to do so may result in you being charged for the full amount of their appointed services.


Wedding/group bookings: Full payment is due 30 days before your event date. Please see the specific due date on your invoice. The final payment is due by bank transfer or credit card (processing fee applies).

For Bridal bookings: If you cancel your wedding more than 30 days before the scheduled date, you will forfeit your deposit. If the cancellation is within 30 days of the wedding date, you will forfeit the full payment. 


An invoice will be issued by email within 7 days of booking your date. If you have not received an invoice please contact


For salon appointments, the balance payment is due after the appointment by bank transfer, card payment or cash (no change is available).


Basic hair bookings: Please note if you have extra long hair, extra thick hair, or extensions to be clipped in or have forgotten to dry your hair- there may be an extra charge of $30. This is up to your artist’s discretion on the day of your appointment.


Medical Conditions/Allergies: Any known allergies or medical conditions must be made known to us upon booking your appointment.


We are not responsible for any allergic reaction or other medical conditions as a result of using our products and services.

We cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions made by our clients when making a booking, and it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that they have chosen the correct artist before confirming their booking


Privacy: All client information is confidential, and we are committed to protecting your rights as a customer and will not share any of your personal information with third parties.

Group bookings and mobile wedding bookings: Please obtain a formal quote before booking your date online. If you are wanting to make any changes to your getting-ready location or the number of people please contact us at and we will provide you with an updated quote. We do have a minimum charge for on-location bookings, please check with us on the minimum numbers for your location (varies depending on and location). 


Bridal trials: We cannot guarantee that your preferred trial date will be available. Please secure your trial date as soon as possible AFTER booking your wedding date to avoid the disappointment of missing out. We always do our best to book your hair and makeup trial on the same day. However, we cannot guarantee this as it is based on your allocated artists' availability.


We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings at our discretion. In this case, we will provide a full refund.


COVID-19 cancellation policy: If you are unable to attend an appointment due to COVID-19 or have been told to self-isolate, please provide a medical certificate and we will reschedule your appointment at no extra cost.
